Do you bring water and power?

Yes. Our mobile unit is self-contained with spotless water and reliable power. No hookups required.

Where can you work?

Driveways, apartment lots, and workplace parking. Leave enough room to open doors fully. We protect pavers and landscaping during setup.

Do I need to be present?

For interior services we need access and keys. Exterior-only can be curbside with prior approval. We text on arrival and completion.

How is pricing set?

By vehicle size, condition, and selected protection. We confirm on arrival before work begins. No surprises.

What packages are most popular?

The Full Detail for seasonal resets or pre-sale. Interior for family haulers. Exterior for gloss and protection.

Do you offer add-ons?

Weather & Rescheduling

What if it rains?

Light rain is fine. For severe weather, we reschedule at no cost. Covered spaces help us stay on time.

Process & Products

How do you avoid swirls?

Pre-rinse, foam dwell, two-bucket wash, separate mitts, and safe drying. We use iron remover and clay before protection. Polishing is pad and polish matched.

Are your products safe?

Yes. pH-balanced soaps, interior-safe cleaners, steam where needed, and UV protectants. Leather is cleaned and conditioned with OEM-safe chemistry.

How long does a detail take?

Interior or exterior only: ~1.5–3 hours. Full Detail: ~3–5 hours depending on size and condition.

Aftercare & Maintenance

How long do results last?

Wax or sealant protection typically lasts weeks to months depending on mileage and storage. Quarterly maintenance keeps vehicles looking new.

What’s the best wash routine?

Touchless or hand wash using pH-neutral shampoo and microfiber towels. Avoid harsh detergents and automatic brushes.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Ask about quarterly or bi-monthly service after your first detail for preferred scheduling and consistent results.
